Hearty congratulations to artist Holly Sears who has been awarded the New York Foundation of the Arts (NYFA)/ Basil H. Alkazzi Award for Excellence in Painting! Look for Holly’s incredible work this summer when it will be installed at the Metro-North Tarrytown station. We love NYFA and the heroes who support artists! The Alkazzi award was first granted in 2010 to Mary Temple who also happened to create the gorgeous new artwork at Neck Rd in Brooklyn.
